Gerchikova Inna Efimovna
— The teacher of the English language. — Graduated from the foreign languages department. — Has been teaching at school № 122 since 1988. — The main aspect of work is the creation of the atmosphere of friendliness and the construction of the process of teaching as the model of the process of communication, where audience takes an active part in it: they ask and answer questions, express their opinions and points of view, exchange thoughts and feelings. Language is learnt by using it. Language teaching becomes enjoyable. The language is being studied through culture and traditions, children are being brought up to be tolerant. They take culture diversity as the way of living in a modern world. Children take part in different English contests, conferences, holidays, stage plays, recite poems, sing and dramatize. Inna Ephimovna is interested in such themes as "Communicated Approach to English teaching”, "The development of the into – cultural competence by the means of the foreign language”, "Phraseological units in language teaching”. 15 articles have been published. Participation at the conferences of different levels. The prize – winner of the VII Contest of authors’ programmes in March 2009.
