Yarulina Ludmila Abilievna
Yarulina Ludmila Abilievna, Honoured Teacher of the Republic of Tatarstan, Candidate of Pedagogics, Enlisted into the All-Russian National encyclopedia "Russia’s Celebrities”, A winner of the Teacher’s Excellence Awards Programmes (USA). Work experience – 40 years Yarulina Ludmila Abilievna is noted for her creative approach to teaching. She worked out her own system of effective methods, aimed at the development of students’ cognitive activity. A student’s success principle is assumed as the basis of the teacher’s authorial pedagogics. Ludmila Abilievna extensively develops students’ potential abilities not only with the help of the innovative didactive methods, but by means of wide possibilities of the extracurricular activities as well. Innovation is an important peculiarity of the teacher’s work. She keeps an open eye on the foreign and national educational achievements, making use of them to develop her own system of teaching methods. Thus, today she is investigating and introducing multi media technology into the teaching process. She also takes part in the All-Russian experimental programme in testing a new Starlight 10 course for learners of English at upper intermediate level. She feels certain that modernization of education will make it possible to prepare a competitive intellectual individual ready to create the future society. The high level of her students’ language proficiency is regularly confirmed by their victories at the international contests (e.g. the US FLEX Programme – Zabbarov Adel, a winner), at the republican ( Al-Akkumi Amina - !-st Prize) and at the Moscow District Olympiads ( Yusupova Yana – 1-st Prize). Ludmila Abilievna continues her research work. She represents the main principles of the multicultural education in her authorial course "Discover Tatarstan”. The teacher also keeps improving the methods of patriotic upbringing. Now she is creating a multi media computer supplement for the course. Undoubtedly, this supplement will draw both students’ and teachers’ interests. The results of research are widely delivered and published at the All-Russian, republican and local scientific conferences. The teacher delivers her interest to research to her students. For many years she has been supervising the Study of Local Lore Section of the Students’ Science Society in the gymnasium. The seniors closely investigate the history, culture and the present day social problems of the republic. Tolerance and mutual respect are the main idea of all students’ scientific research works. "Tolerance in multicultural world” project got the US State Department grant. Challenging and original, these works were highly evaluated at the All-Russian, republican and city scientific conferences. At the All-Russian scientific conference "Russia’s National Possession” (Moscow) from 2005 to 2010 eight students were awarded with Gold and Silver medals and nineteen got the 1st Prize Diplomas. Our students regularly win the first prizes at the city scientific conferences named after K.D.Ushinsky and Khadi Atlasi. For supporting talented students Yarulina L.A. was awarded with two gold medals "Russia’s National Possession”, with the medal "For creative contribution to science, culture and education of Russia” (Russian Federation State Duma) and with many Honorary Certificates. Her name was enlisted into All-Russian encyclopedia "Russia’s Celebrities” (Section "Talented children – the future of Russia”). She readily shares her rich pedagogical experience with her colleagues. She regularly takes an active part in the work of "Young teachers’ training school”. Her workshops, lectures and demo lessons are popular among the teachers of the republic. For the valuable contribution to education Yarulina L.A. was awarded with the title "Honored Teacher of the Republic of Tatatarstan”, with the medal "The 1000-th anniversary of Kazan” and with Honorary Certificates of the Russian and Tatarstan Ministries of Science and Education.
